Our carefully selected ingredients come from around the world. The grains, hops and yeast undergo rigorous testing to ensure high quality and consistency.
 

MILLING

"Milling" is the careful and time-consuming process of gently cracking the malted barley.

 

MASHING

The grain is "mashed" by steeping it in hot water, much like making tea. The heat of the water activates enzymes in the grain. Those enzymes convert the grain's starches into fermentable sugars.

         
   

LAUTERING

"Lautering" involves rinsing the sugars off the grain, yielding an unfermented liquid called "wort".

 

BOILING

Boiling sterilizes the wort and releases bitterness and other flavours from the hops.

 

PACKAGING

Our custom packaging facility ensures that the product your receive is sterile and contaminant free.
